Damp Proof Water Proofing was established in 2012 with a dream and a vision to become a pioneer corporation in Construction Sector of our country. We started out with some young engineers, expert masons and a business entrepreneur to mark our signature in the indigenous construction industry. A team of efficient professionals runs the company. They created and maintains an environment of trust and discipline that encourages and motivates everyone in the company to work together for mutual benefit which also helps in achieving the objectives of our company. The first incumbent Business Owner of the company is Md. Arafath Hossain who inherited his construction business from his father late Mr. Arif. Mr. Arif started his journey in this sector in 1985 with the name Arif Proprietor. Some of the workers are from that era and experienced enough to put us in the leading position. From the beginning of 2014, he is being accompanied and advised by another young entrepreneur Mr. Umar Ahmad, who is about to graduate this year (2018) from BRAC University, Department of Computer Science and Engineering. Umar Ahmad is currently watching over all of the operations of our company.

This code is an extension of our values and the foundation of who we are. All of our employees must comply with this code and any other corporate policy provided by the government. Violations of our policies are not tolerated and may result in disciplinary action up to and including contract termination and personal liability.
